This machine adopts PLC programmable control and man-machine interface, combined with super-precision rotary encoder for slicing, uses frequency converter to control left-right feeding and adjusts the speed according to the stone material. It adopts hydraulic lifting system and forward-backward slicing adopts high-precision screw nut driving, automatic slicing,main spare parts adopt imported good-quality materials. The block can be placed on the ground directly, saving the cost of trolley and maintenance. It is especially suitable for cutting high-value granite and marble block because of high efficiency cutting rate, high precision slicing, flatness, stability and easy operation.
Note:if single DF1200-12 is required, roller on worktable is no need.

2. Technical data for long curbstone cutting: max. diameter of blade-1200mm; max. number of blades used-12pcs; max. vertical stroke-600mm.
3. Cast iron machine is more stable with less chance of vibration under the operating condition.
4. The machine operates automatically through the main control unit consisting of frequency converter, transformer, AC contactor and time relay, which can more effectively control vertical movement of oil cylinder, trolley operation and slab cutting efficiency.
5. Unlike traditional curbstone cutting, it dramatically increases the productivity and diminishes labor cost and power consumption.
| Production process: |
1. Put the machine on the prepared ground.
2. Put several pieces of wood as thick as 50mm on the worktable to prevent blades cutting into the worktable.
3. Install water pipe.
4. Blade installation: Open blade cover, unscrew 8 retaining bolts and positioning bolts with dedicated spanner, loosen auxiliary spindle (shaft), put on blades and clamping plates as per intended stone size (thickness), align oil hole of auxiliary spindle to air hole according to the arrow direction on auxiliary spindle and box, have them fixed with bolts, close blade cover.
5. Check transmission fluids of spindle box, auxiliary spindle box, trolley track and lifting parts.
6. Connect control cabinet power.
