1. Mechanical part: The main frame of the machine is welded with a square tube. It is driven by a chain drum, a cylinder flap mechanism, and the motor main box is driven by a screw rod, which can accurately adjust the cutting angle and size. The motor directly drives the blade to cut, and the water retaining plate is made of stainless steel. The front and rear shelves are equipped with tilting rollers to facilitate loading and unloading.
2. Electrical part: electrical operating system is simple and practical, motor stepless speed regulation, flat button switch, high waterproof type travel switch, two main motors 11KW-6P, total power 22.75KW.
3. One 400MM saw blade is attached to the motor spindle.

The bridge cutting machine is mainly for granite and marble, it adopts multidisc and PLC programmable control and man-machine interface, combined with a super-precision rotary encoder for slicing, uses a frequency converter to control left-right feeding, and adjusts the speed according to the stone material. It adopts a hydraulic lifting system and forward-backward slicing adopts high-precision screw nut driving, automatic slicing, and main spare parts adopt imported good-quality materials. The block can be placed on the ground directly, saving the cost of trolley and maintenance. It is especially suitable for cutting high-value granite and marble block because of its high-efficiency cutting rate, high precision slicing, flatness, stability, and easy operation.
