This High Frequency Segment Circular Diamond Saw Cutting Blade For Marble uses the best silver weld pad&cobber weld pad to weld the diamond segments and steel body which ensures the high strength of the diamond circular saw blade. We have different diamond segments formula to suit many kinds of stone materials.
Vacuum Brazing is a material jointing process that directly bonds diamond to the blade. It is a three steps process that creates a bond which is significantly stronger that other joining methods.Vacuum brazed diamond blades are made with a much higher quality process than typical sintered or laser welded diamond blades. Blades mostly have a mixture or diamond matrix of different materials that are bonded onto the steel core of the diamond blade. With the vacuum brazing process, the segments are coated in diamonds. Instead of regular diamond blades that wear away and almost re sharpen themselves, vacuum brazed blades use the exterior of the segment of the cutting edge

1. Make sure the tools are suitable for processing the materials
2. Make sure the tools are in good condition before installation;
3. Make sure the arbor and flange of equipment are in good condition;
4. lnstall the tool on the matched arbor, and intensify nut with the wrench;
5. Make sure whether the coolant is needed or not, please ensure the supplement
of coolant, if needed. When dry cutting, taking a break for seconds every1-2minutes
is recommended;
6. Please choose the proper rotation speed according to the tool's diameter,
which must not exceed the maximum one;
7. Please do not press the tools when processing the work-piece;
8. Please do not use saw blades for curve cutting or grinding;
9. Please inspect the tools regularly, if there is fatigue cracks and/or damages,
please change tools immediately;
10. Please deploy body-protection facility, and pay attention to safety operation.
